Dimitris Kotsionis has been educated in Greece and the United States of America. He is admitted before the Court of Appeal. Dimitris advises companies in the food, perfumes and recycling sector, companies providing digital library services as well as companies specializing in pool construction and equipment. He offers legal advice on commercial agreements and disputes and represents clients before the Court in litigation proceedings. He also has extensive experience in the due diligence of real estate portfolios and advises foreign investors on sale and purchase of commercial properties in Greece and a wide range of legal matters related to all forms of agreements in connection with real estate property, including commercial lease agreements. Dimitris has being contributing to the “Doing Business Project” of the World Bank.
